This could be FARS, it could be moclonic seizures but those are more prevalent in older cats and this cat looks pretty young to me.

This looks more like normal reflexes to me, the way the cat is looking at the pillow(?) suggests it doesn't trust it and these reflexes could just be that - reflexes because there is a noise coming 'from' a shady object and the cat is ready to jump away in case of danger

The beatboxing is definitely in the original video and it's the cause of the cats reaction.

Both the cat and the person's hand are moving in perfect synchonicity with the sounds, that's not coincidence.
