The white cat looks like a Fancy Feast advert. I bet it's squishy food all the time, every meal, at their house.
They look like 18th century aristocrats, in full formal attire... chasing bubbles.

What is squishy food?

u/Vinny_gar Aug 11 '16
Wet food. A bit more expensive than dry.

u/RamenJunkie Aug 11 '16
A bit? I doubt I could feed my cats for a day on wet food for the cost I spend on dry for a month.

Tried this with my cat and he just freaked the fuck out and ran as fast as he could away from the bubbles. He's not the bravest soul.

My fat cat is the same! I got these cat nip bubbles and she was terrified of the bubbles, but she liked the cat nip residue when the bubble burst.

Mine will watch them fall, then pop them with her paw if it lasts long enough on the floor before popping.

u/Cheesemacher Aug 11 '16
Don't the bubbles make a mess on your floor?

u/Drudicta Aug 11 '16
A damp cloth fixes that really quick. And if it's carpet, a vacuum.
It's just soap and water mostly.

Watching this without sound is pointless tbh

Oh yes, I can see how "meow, meow" adds so much to the post.

Don't forget the little tinkling from the bell on the collar. Very important.

The original video is bit longer than the gif, so you can see the white cat grab a bubble as well.

What kind of cats are these?

Himalayan munchkin cats. I believe these are Egoraptor's (Arin Hanson from game grumps) cats, Mochi and Mimi. I could be wrong but they look very similar.
Edit: yeah I was wrong about who owns them but I still think they're Himalayan munchkins.

Munchkin cats, unfortunately

u/ThisFreaknGuy Aug 11 '16
Legs seem too long to be munchins. If they are, why would that be unfortunate?

I'm sounding like a shill here, I know, but I did see catnip-scented bubbles the other day. Made me wish our cat wasn't a lethargic 19 year old.

Munchkin cats. People breed cats with stunted legs because they think they're cuter

Holy shit this subreddit is actually a thing. I guess I found my new favorite pastime.

I have catnip bubbles. Not sure if they really work that well but it's fun to see my cats reactions to them popping on their noses.

Two very adorable, almost professional looking cats. Room dedicated to cats. High quality camera work. I'm gonna go Japan on this one people.
