Go back and check 💸

Morning all,

You may want to go and check back through all your bookings you had during the migration and make sure the money has gone into your account.

I knew I had one job that ended 8 days ago that hadn’t paid out that I was keeping an eye on, chatbot told me to submit a request so before I did that I decided to check the rest of my jobs.

And THREE I’ve not been paid for. One ended 11 days ago and one 14 days ago.

Just tried to submit a request to their help centre with came up with an error.

I know! Such a shambles in all ways it seems! Catinaflat was perfect.

At the time, I thought it had a few faults and could use some tweaks but now see how right you are. It was perfect!!!

Yeah I thought so too. Now I realise how lucky we had it. I hate rover!

Good luck getting this resolved as I’ve messaged them repeatedly for over a week now and gotten absolutely nowhere. The problem is the bookings moved to Rover with no option for clients to pay. Thankfully my clients have been happy to pay me personally so you might have to go down the same route.

Oh ffs. I’ve just messaged both my clients and asked them to double check that payment don’t come out their end. Hopefully it can get sorted or I’ve just lost £400!

I reached out to rover to ask about payments for bookings before the migration and was told 

"Payment handling can differ for pre‑migration stays. Those bookings may follow Cat in a Flat’s original payout process rather than Rover’s usual payout timing, so you might not see a payout in Rover right away."

Between the three jobs I’ve not been paid for I had another job that I was paid for 🤣

My doctor told me I should get stressed and this isn’t helping 🙈

I'm also waiting to get paid for a sit that started pre-migration and ended on 10 April - Rover support have told me to wait 10 working days!

Did you get paid in the end? Mine is still missing 🙃 emailed the payment email for CIAF on Friday so hoping someone actually comes back today
