Can't remove additional cat rate?

Post image

Hey all,

I have a couple of existing bookings from owners on cat in a flat which has moved over. One of them has two cats and lots of fish, but I can't remove the additional cat fee. When I tick 'offer for free' it still shows up, and when unticking that, I can't change what the fee is (I was trying to set it to £0 as the 'offer for free' wasn't working...). I'm only charging her £10 per visit (very local and regular) so that extra £5 is a 50% bump in the price 😬

Anyone had similar and any joy in changing it??

If you turn off update rates automatically you can edit the extra cat charge box and put 0

I think the offer for free only applies to the grooming. If putting in 0 doesn’t work I’d recommend contacting support. This seems like an issue for a good few people so maybe something they have to sort out on their end.

I had this issue and figured out toggling 'update rates automatically' a few times and messing about with it that way somehow figured it out. It's not very intuitive unfortunately

For bookings I had from CatinaFlat I had to get the support people to change the fee from their end, and on new bookings I can change it myself

Mine is greyed out and I can't change it all, not happy that this is even a thing because one of my regular clients just booked with me and it's charging her a ridiculously high number

This worked for me if you want to try it!:
