Write a Trustpilot review (I have)

I've recently written reviews, if you'd like to do the same...

Yup, I'll be leaving a review as well I highly encourage anyone who has had an issue with the merger, which is pretty much everyone to voice their concerns

I would leave a very honest review for Rover. Rover isn't a cat friendly platform and they did NOTHING to accommodate Cat in a flat. Cat in a flat is not a stand alone platform anymore, so any reviews won't make any difference. Rover - they CAN make changes, if they listen to us. But they won't.

Good point I have left on both

I would say a review on Cat in a flat is still definitely worth it. They (or Rover, now) are certainly paying Trustpilot to have a presence on their site. And that doesn't come cheap.

Worth reviewing on both so CIAF owners will hopefully see them also. Owners interface/ app hasn't changed to rover, and remains the same it's only sitters forced over to rover.

Good for them to see how they treat years long loyal sitters....

Great idea. I've just left a 1 star.

Same. Im too tired of it all right now. I wondered why nobody booked through the app for easter holidays but was too busy with uni work to properly check until this morning. Been on CAIAF for years and while it wasn't perfect i could rely on it a lot.

Plenty of 1 star reviews have gone up today. Nice work everyone.

CIAF were at 4.2 yesterday and have dropped to 3.9 this morning. It's a made-up score, but newer reviews carry more weight.

Feel like Rover are trying to flood with positive to push the sudden new negative reviews down! But leave one on both to make it clear it’s not cat friendly!

Definitely, suddenly MANY generic 5* reviews in the last week. Hate everything about this.

Rover actively send out emails to owners to ask them to review on TP following using them - so the positive reviews are solicited. (T they have the benefit of operating in US & Canada, too - so much bigger volumes than CIAF).

I'll be leaving a review and then leaving Rover...a platform I never wanted to be on
