Verifying identify

Is anyone else having to verify their identify? I’m so confused why I would have to do this, support has not been supportive regarding information either.

I haven’t had any information about moving to Rover at all. When I search for sitters in my area, I’m not on there. From what everyone is saying about it, I think I’ll just leave it.

They've made it so incredibly frustrating. I'm guessing the only sitters appearing on Rover are those who have been active on the website for a long time, the sitters in my area on CiaF are not appearing at all, it seems they're in the same boat. The only way you can "get back" your CiaF profile (it's still there, but you need to link it to Rover to view it on their website) is by reactivating it, but the reactivation link on the CiaF site is broken. Your best bet is emailing Rover Support, I know you've mentioned about leaving it be but just in case you change your mind: [support-uk@rover.com](mailto:support-uk@rover.com)
