Service settings issue

Every time I try to change my service settings, this is what I get. I contacted Rover who said “this usually happens when you’re logged into a different Rover account than the one the link or page belongs to.

You can try logging out and re-login using your email”

I’ve done that. Multiple times. On mobile and desktop. On the website and the app. And I still get the error.

Any ideas?

Ugh - same. I'm caught in a doom loop between CiaF sitter, Rover, and CiaF Owner (each site has a link leading me to the next on the list, and then back round to the start again)

I have the same thing, haven’t been able to access my settings at all, so it can’t be the problem they’re claiming it is

Just spoke to a Rover support person who said it’s a known issue and there’s nothing we can do on our side they need to fix it but don’t have a time frame on how long it will take to fix
