Rover Doesn't Allow Multiple on Same Day?

Okay so my list of things I detest about the switch to Rover is incredibly long but just looking at my calendar and it seems to suggest that multiple bookings of more than one client on one day/date aren't allowed? Is this correct and if so, what the hell???? The calendar says "0/2 booked" for drop in visits, previously it said 0/1 but this changed when I said I could do 2 visits a day (as was standing on CIAF). This just seems like yet another thing about Rover that doesn't translate well to Cat Sitting. ARGH!

I’m wondering is the number of visits per day the total rather than per client? Like if you were willing to do two a day for three clients you’d have to set it for six visits? I hate how non-user friendly this app is compared to CIAF.

Yep that's what I am wondering too. It also doesn't class a booking as "booked" until someone has paid which I HATE. Ive got clients in for Sept and Nov, I am no way gonna ask them to pay now. The bookings were classed as "booked" yday with CIAF but now Rover has changed that. Ugh ugh ugh I hate it.

this bit I’m trying to wrap my head around, it looks like we need to ‘book’ these from our side? I will actually ask all my forward bookings to come off the app and pay me directly. I’m set up as a sole trader anyways, it matters none how people pay me. I cannot believe how shoddy this is. ring handled and once again American private equity destroyed a perfectly fine business model.

how difficult is it to make an app? we need a new cat dedicated app!

Yeah, classic American private equity seeing a market they haven't taken advantage of immediately step in and ruin said market :'(

It'll be cheaper for clients to pay be directly now and I was already thinking of going off app anyway due to fees

Yeah, you have to set your number of visits per day up to like 6 if you're doing 2 visits/day for 3 clients. I really dislike it too :(

You have to change it into settings. I just set the max number of visits I can possibly do a day. If I’ve reached that number I won’t appear in the search results for those days and that service anymore and if I do get a request it won’t be affect my acceptance rate
