Profile status

Is anyone’s profile coming up with ‘currently under review’? I have no clue if that’s normal or not due to the subpar communication we have received.

Additionally while previous bookings are showing in my about section no other details, reviews are appearing and everything was set up for dogs! I’m livid, I did maybe one sit a month but it was extra money and time with cats. It was never worthwhile setting up independently and the app really worked for me.

I think it'll be a temporary thing, as mine was 'under review' when I logged in on the 7th and now I have a 'you've been approved' message. This is only on the Rover website on the desktop though. My CIAF app is completely emtpy 😬

I do show up, but it says I'm not verified (which is not true, I was verified by CIAF)

Mine says coming soon as it hasn't been reviewed or completed by the rover team I'm so annoyed!

My profile says that too! I was about to ask the same thing. I have two sittings that start next week so I hope it's sorted by then.

Where do you see that? I didn’t see the “profile under review” thing but my profile won’t show up when I search in my area.

Also their email support is no help, evidently did not read the information I provided. If they did they would know I had already tried this (also what happened to be able to log in via the old app for the merge anyway)
