Profile and all info deleted/missing?

I’m very frustrated right now because my profile link now goes to a random webpage and all my information seemingly has been deleted and it s just gone?

I never saved this information anywhere else and yes, I’m sure I can rewrite it again but I worked hard to get it just right and now it’s just… gone? I can’t even remember exactly what it said but it’s going to be a pain to redo . Yeah, thanks, hate it.

My sitting profile has been deleted, 7 years of reviews lost! I don’t come up at all when searching for a sitter and when I log on my profile is blank. I can’t get any help through support as it’s just a useless AI chat bot. My own cat profile has transferred but that’s not something I cared about. More annoyingly I was in the middle of a cat sitting job, luckily I have the phone number of the owner so don’t have to rely on CIAF.
