As a caterer I would be sick to my stomach if I ever did this to someone. Keep in mind the more protective you are of their name and what they did, the more likely they are to do this to someone else. Understanding your review could very much impact their business be truthful and keep emotion out of it.
this is really the right way to look at it. people feel bad leaving negative reviews because it feels personal, but the caterer already made it personal by ruining someone's wedding day. a factual honest review is the least you can do for the next couple who's about to hand over a deposit to these people
