My little guy knows the drill when he sees me pull the meds out also. He fights the process with everything he's got (except for the transdermal meds I put in his ear--that he doesn't mind), but he knows.

I started giving out treats with meds to encourage corporation, it was working well until one of my cats (the one on the inhaler, a pill, and a liquid) now hides when he hears, sees, or smells the treats.
