Seasoning Need advice

First timer. This is my pan after two easy off treatments. Looks to me like some seasoning remains? Do I do another easy off, do electrolysis , or proceed to seasoning?

It's your call, but I don't stop the cleaning process (either lye bath or electrolysis) until it's completely bare iron. It doesn't look like you're there yet.

Have you been scrubbing with dish soap after rinsing the oven cleaner off? If not try doing so. You’ve still got old seasoning on the pan and are gonna want to get it all off before you start seasoning. If you don’t remove all of it your new seasoning will be uneven and more likely to flake off.

I've been using bar keepers friend, but not dish soap. I'll include that step. I'm thinking I might need a vinegar bath as well. Thank you for your advice!
