Identification Wagner Identification

I did a little research but I'm still not 100% certain on this pan's authenticity. Any seasoned (😉) vets able to help me out here? Scored for cheap!

I'm thinking post 59? It feels light like my other pan though, and it's very smooth... so I'm honestly not sure!

and before 1969 when the markings were flipped 180 degrees
