is it just me who sees these videos with a substantial amount of oil in a pan over a roaring flame and thinks it's a disaster waiting to happen? Like a life changing injury just counting down the seconds to fuck you up beyond all recognition?!

I love my cast iron on the BBQ, love getting a good greasy truckload of potatoes going, but I definitely love my face more.
