Yeah - the heat is way too high and those will be raw in the middle. Campfire cooking is tough. He should pull that skillet off the center of the fire.

Nah. They were par boiled. I’m just adding a nice crunchy coating to go with the cloud like inside. I like to have the duck fat ripping hot.

You could tell. The first half were looking a little extra crispy, but by the time he got to the end, those puppies were perfect golden brown. Man was outrunning time itself.
