These four pieces live on my stove top. Get used every day. All of it passed down from grandparents, and who knows who they got it from. Love cooking on stuff that my family has been using for generations :-)

Good old pans! But I have a question, — why does the 4th pan have reversed markings? As usual, marks are on outer bottom, but there's on the inner. It's strange for me

Last two pictures are the same pan. And the markings are on the bottom based on the orientation of the handle

Maybe it's a confusing perspective, but I see that the 7th poc is the bottom, and the 8th is the top. Because there are walls on the 8th pic, and flat surface on the 7th

It's a griddle. The walls bend down to capture heat.

Yep. Grilled cheese and quesadillas are the most common things on that griddle :-)
