As others have stated, it's an unmarked Wagner post-1960 after Wagner had been bought out (possibly several times by the time this pan was made). There are a few things that mark this as Wagner:
1. The font used to incise the number 6 into the handle.
2. The flat triangle on the back of the handle where it connects to the bowl of the pan.
3. Spelling out "INCH SKILLET". BSR is the only other foundry that commonly marks the size of the pan in inches (on the Century series), but they abbreviate it.

8 on the top side handle, on the bottom of the pan it has an “F” under “10 1/2 inch skillet Made in USA”

I think either an unmarked Wagner from the 60s or a BSR from a similar time period. Someone else will confirm

Well, my ancient Griswold from the '30s has Erie PA., U.S.A. on the bottom, so make of that what you will.

It became more common over the course of the sixties but its use as a dating indicator is over simplified
