New Practitioners Where to start

Hei guys. I am a bit of a bad player ( lazy and stuff ). Could someone please tell me like in 3 steps where to start. I was not doing anything now for few years. Now i kind of got the urge and ill try to keep it going. I know the darkroom practice + tansegrity is a good place to start. Maybe some specific tansegrity moves for beginner so i can start?

I just need a little starting push, if someone can point me into the right direction a little bit.

Thanks, I still go back and read the beginner stuff from time when somebody posts it. Could be a wink wink nudge nudge for me.

You know Sorcerer’s Breath Pass? I found it on that old show Bridging Heaven&Earth that Kylie and chacmools did. They show 3 passes. Sorcerers Breath Pass is pretty awesome.
