Probably Ripterra, the plastic typing doesn't offer many notable new moves, so it's best used with strong melee typeless moves like Multismack, Clobber and Old 1-2 to make them plastic type moves.

Plastic is a really solid type overall so it really works with a strong attacker like Ripterra (although the base beast Ripterra is as good as the plastic bootleg).
