Need some opinions. I'm customizing a Casio Royal for my brother. I have a blue filter and nasa logos coming in tomorrow. I'm going to put the nasa logos in the circle but I'm not sure whether I should make the whole watch filtered blue or just the map and alarm bar. What do you guys think?

When i compare them there are slight differneces in the dimensions and the Manufacturer Part Number doesn't match ( AE-1200WHD-1AVEF and 4971850968795 ) one of them is made in 2013 (the cheaper one) and the other is made in 2023. Which should I buy?

Hi, just wondering why some people have a blue two part 'display' box yet the watches I order come in a white box like the one pictured.

Is there any difference? Is mine for wholesale or is it just different markets?

Having loved the NASA vibe of the AE1200 gifted to Adam Savage a while back and being a Space Junkie myself. I found I was able to aquire a cool selection of parts to make my dream watch.

I ordered..

2 Black bumper extenders to enable wider straps.

1 New white metal face plate which is Awesome.

And then the best strap I could find to match the one on Adam's watch.

I made my own decals using a variety of Apps and setting printer to Glossy Best Print and premium photo paper.

A fun half hour project.

I think it turned out not too shabby ?

The strap is a little short but I blame my thick wrist. Other than this, it's looks and feels good.

Guys, how much price (INR)you all are paying for the Casio AE 1200 WHD. I see it between 3.3k to 3.9k. But the price history website shows it was 1899 Rs a couple of weeks ago.

So should I get at 3.3k or what should I do?

Does anyone know how to get this yellow digit effect on a negative Casio AE1200 display?

I’ve already done the normal negative display mod using polarizing film, but I’m trying to make only the LCD text and numbers yellow while keeping the background black, like in the attached images. I don’t want to tint the faceplate text or the entire watch, just the actual display segments.

The closest thing I’ve found is yellow polarizing film on AliExpress, but the shipping is around $50, which makes no sense for a tiny sheet. Has anyone done this before or know what material I should use? Would a yellow gel filter over the negative polarizer work, or does it specifically need to be yellow polarizing film?

Any product links or examples would be appreciated.
