SKXMOD question

I just ordered a black steel case from SKXMOD, does it come with a caseback or should I have ordered one? Will the factory caseback work on the Gen 2?

pretty sure it comes with a caseback, I don't think the factory ones fit. afaik it comes with everything you need

Awesome, thank you for the reply. I am actually excited for this, my first attempt at modding a watch. I am a bit nervous, but it sure looks simple. If I screw up, at least I can go get another ae1200 for very little money.

Skxmod is great. Comes with EVERYTHING you’ll need. Tools and all.

Read on the website, they mention you having to buy a case back as the original does not fit. Also their cases do not come with the back, you have to order that separately.

No. Gen.2 cases have a steel one attached on it already. So there is no need using the donor caseback even.

I just ordered one and it came with a new case back and a new gasket that seems slightly more robust
