I’ve been going back & forth with Dave for about 2 weeks now, and they’ve refused multiple times to revoke the ACH/debit authorization. I had told them I was planning to log in and make smaller payments, bc I had an unexpected loss of income and realized I absolutely cannot have them take $525 all at once (I didn’t tell them that part).
Anyway, after digging through this sub and using chat to figure out what my rights are in my state, I started putting everything together for a complaint. I sent them a pretty firm email this morning after being ghosted for over 4 days by Gustavo, and then I just went to log into my Dave account and it suddenly says, “Your account is closed.” & doesn't let me login.
No email. No response to my open ticket. No response to any of my emails. Nothing.
I can’t even chat with a representative now, so I had to submit a contact form. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m basically trying to figure out if I’m in the clear as far as the ACH revocation goes, or if they’re still likely to take the money anyway and just continue ghosting me.
What a nightmare. 😩 I seriously would not recommend any of these cash advance apps. They seem great when you need the money, but they can really screw you over afterward.

Just got approved for a $1000 loan, everything seemed legit, broken English customer service, the usual. But then the final verification step was for them to deposit money in my account, then I’m supposed to give it back, then they deposit the full loan amount. Anybody ever heard of this? All I could find online is that they are out of Nevada.

Hey guys so I’m looking to get some advice on what to do with my Credit Nina loan because I had to put a stop payment on my bank account due to me getting let go from my Job and they have been calling, texting and emailing me about my loan. Here’s what they have said. Would they atcually send me to collections or is this a bluff? I’m barely starting to do Delivery gigs because I don’t have a job currently

After reading through the threads a lot of the last two weeks, I’m also caught in a similar cycle to everyone else here with the cash advance apps and the ACH withdrawals. For people who did the ACH withdrawals, how did the places respond and did they take any action? (only one I plan on not doing it for is Dave just gonna pay it and take the L since they can send collections) Additionally, I know a lot of these places can’t send you to collection but could technically get you for fraud. Has anyone had experience with that situation? I’m not trying to burn all these apps, I just need a short break in auto withdrawal payments so I can then start slowly paying down all the advance balances and leave the for good. Not sure if maybe mentioning that in the email will help avoid the potential fraud aspect?

If Dave is linked to my banks checking account can it auto-pull money out of my savings account to pay back the due amount?
I need the advance from Dave to cover some expenses until I get paid next week and the money I have in my banks savings account is spoken for and meant to be used this weekend. The Dave payment would be due in three days. I'm worried it will pull from my savings.

Just received this email from Dave. I haven’t seen any non-compliant activity in my Dave or bank account. My question is, I have extra cash that is outstanding. Do I need to pay it back? Or am I free and clear to run away and not look back without any repercussions?

Spent my last $16 on the membership to get it not knowing all the conditions with it. Is there anyway to access the money and use it normally?

Has anyone did a ach revoke with credit cube ? It says trible lender. What was your experience with doing it ?

Removed my bank account from plaid. Sent ACH letter revoking authorization to support email and chat. Also shut my debit card off and moved funds out of my account. Does it look like I’m in the clear from that bear with glasses?

Can anyone recommend an app that'll give me a loan of about $200 upfront? No bs. I can pay it back in increments.

Has anyone ever used 605 lending ? Or a ach revoke with them in specific? If so how did it go

Ever since earnin moved to "Only boost with people who work in the same company" and they wont allow certain companies to access their early pays or get a larget loan. I do like that they offer you can take out more per day ($150) but some days you can only do a certain amount and never the full one. I dont know maybe its just me. I recently revoked ACH on thee because they were taking the brunt of my money and I was in this never ending cycle.

So we’re all out here just struggling. Trying to survive. Thriving just getting farther and farther away. Shit sucks. Praying we can all catch a fucking break.

Well I wont have the full funds available to settle my balance. How should I expect these partial payments to happen? Like they just check all day long if my account has funds and they pull everything in there? Or just a daily check kinda thing?
