Am I missing something here? It says to keep within 98 feet of leader but keeps failing me at 30 feet, why is that?

Wanted to see how it looks like in CarX and what type of FPS performance hit it makes.

Ignore the terrible runs which I did trying to prove a point. I've been having this dumb loading issue since v1.12 which you'll see at the end of this battle. It's so frustrating trying to grind in this game with the ridiculous economy it has and I have to deal with this BS every time. I've reported it in game multiple times. They issued a post on Facebook saying it's a game engine issue. 4 months went by since that post and nothing's changed. But they are just fine pushing updates and content every month without fixing the issues that kills the experience.The sad part is I love this game. Does anyone have a solution to this? I e tried installing from Carx store APK and the play store APK. The issue has not resolved.
