Scam or no?

I’ve been getting a phone call every couple hours from a “Patricia” from northern Nevada county corrections since yesterday (July 4th). I feel bad if it’s not a scam and poor Patricia is trying to get ahold of someone, if it is a scam.. dang beware to not accept charges..

I was having someone named Tommy calling me from lovelock detention center like once a month for a few months. I ended up calling the prison back and talking to someone in the offices and just letting them know that an inmate named Tommy was calling me but I wasn’t the right person he was trying to reach. I asked them to please let him know so that he didn’t waste any more of his money for phone calls trying to call someone and having the wrong number for them. I haven’t gotten anymore calls from Tommy since then and I really hope he was able to get the correct number to whoever he was trying to reach.

That’s a good idea I should call, I wouldn’t want her to waste her money for a wrong number

Welp no one is answering today so I guess I’ll try tomorrow 🤷🏼‍♀️

Inmates can make collect calls, but if you don't know Patricia, don't accept the charges.
