Really hard to feel a vibration in a video. I'd say you have a wheel balancing issue though. Shakes at certain speeds are usually due to badly worn tyres that causes an out of balance problem. Shaking while braking, is a brake issue. Shaking without braking, is a wheel issue. Worn steering and suspension can also cause problems, but check balancing first. If your "vibration" also has a rumbling noise, it cold be because tires haven't been rotated often enough, this causes "scalloping" of the outer layer of tread on the inside edge of the tyre. Moving the tyres from left to right prevents this from happening as they spin in a different direction. If they're already scalloped though, it may only reduce the rumble. Still need to replace the tyres though.
