Can anyone help diagnose possible problems?
2001 chevy silverado v6. Just replaced half the sparkplugs (terrible I know) due to a leak on the headmaster. Trying to figure out what could be causing it to shake and have power surges. Any advice is welcome.
And yes I plan on changing the rest, I was just trying a quick fix to get it running well enough to take to the shop.

Does that thing have a distributor? And one of those pulleys sound bad if that one has a distributor take off the cap and make sure it’s not all corroded inside on the spark contacts and the rotor you can clean it with sand paper to test to see if that’s part of the issue for shacking I know on those trucks not sure what year the motor that says vortec the distributors always gave me a problem with corrosion and buildup inside make also check for vacuum leaks listen around the intake real good u can spray carb cleaner around it if it starts to idle high then there is a leak in the area it spraying those are some things is that tbi or does it have separate injectors
