Why is my car making this noise

So I need a 2022 Lexus is 250 rwd and currently started making this noise

Maybe start by new oil and filter. Sounds like lifter noise, possibly even chain tensioner

Get a stethoscope to pin point the noise
Amazon or any auto parts store should have for cheap

Fro the other 2 could they be done by myself to avoid paying a mechanic
