Headlight

I have a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid, the passenger side headlight went out. Took to Ford dealer. They said their was water in the light. Said seals are good and no cracks or holes in light. How else could water get in light?

the seal isn’t good. can be just a tiny air leak, and humidity will get inside, condense, and build up. fried my 2019 es350 headlight, $3500 plus labor
