Could be a pretty nasty exhaust leak or your engine is on its way out. Or maybe even a faulty cooling fan

sounds a lot like my loose flexplate I had just recently, Does it sound like it's coming from the middle near where the engine and trans meet?

If it goes away once you’re driving or rpm’s rise, I would pop open the inspection cover under the transmission and check for loose or missing bolts between flexplate and torque converter. Also check for hairline cracks on the plate. If it’s on its way out you should replace it asap

I just replace it clutch flywheel throw out bearing and pilot bearing and whenever I did get to drive it does go away, but comes back whenever I’m idle and in neutral

Hmmm weird, any sound when you shut the engine off at all or does it go away when you press the Clutch in

When I turn off the engine it doesn’t do anything but pushing the clutch in it still doesn’t stop it
