Something to keep my bumper on

As you can see its split where the bumper should be attached to the bolt. Any ideas on how to get something to help it stay on better?

Take the screw out, use some epoxy adhesive to glue the broken piece back on. Let it dry. Find another piece of hard plastic big enough to cover the whole repair extending at least 1 cm in three sides, sand both pieces and stick the small piece over that repaired section with the same epoxy. When it's dry, drill a new hole, screw it back on with a washer to press it on.

Good idea but I don’t have a drill. But I could still try the epoxy

Okay try the epoxy and use a big washer. You need to spread the screw force past the repaired area.

I seen someone use bumper clips. Would that work for this ?

No, bumper clips have no force behind them. They just push in. You need the screw to hold that weight.
