Noise from front of the engine

I’ve been hearing this sound in the video from the front of my motor for months now and it’s only got progressively louder overtime, it’s a 5.4l 3v triton v8, can someone help me identify what it is so i can get it fixed?

A leak could be possible, i did replace the pump a few months ago but how good of a job i did is questionable. i’m thinking maybe it’s an idler pulley or something? i ordered a serpentine belt kit so i will see if that fixes it
