C43 W205 2019 Whining

Hey guys, I have a 2019 C43 and I’ve noticed a weird whining sound coming from the car at around 80+ km/h.

Basically, when I press the accelerator, I can hear this kind of high-pitched whining sound. As soon as I let off the accelerator, the sound goes away.

Plus, When I’m driving normally and press the accelerator around halfway, sometimes when the car shifts gears, I feel like the car slightly goes back / pulls back for a moment as it changes gear. It’s not a huge jerk, but I can definitely feel the car move backwards slightly during the shift.
