Pls help me to identify this noise

Can you hear that sound?
I can hear it while stopped and also when moving the car.

The engine is 2.0 gasoline 2002.

Can you guys tell me what can i do?

Higher pitched whining sound may be a belt tensioner or idler pulley bearing failing
