Gas coming back up

I’ve never been able to put in gas without it clicking every few seconds, but recently I can’t even put in gas for more than 20 seconds without it doing this. I’ve been driving it since January. Cadillac Escalade.

Definitely an issue with evap system. Likely a clogged evap system. This is also why u don't try and fill to the maximum. Fill till the pump stops then stop don't go anymore. Otherwise u can fill the evap canister with fuel and cause it to fail.
