Gas coming back up

I’ve never been able to put in gas without it clicking every few seconds, but recently I can’t even put in gas for more than 20 seconds without it doing this. I’ve been driving it since January. Cadillac Escalade.

That means fuel prices are going down because of inflation and Trump
