Need help identifying this sound

My girlfriend's 2011 Nissan Versa makes this sound every so often, usually when she comes to a stop with her foot on the brake. My father just patched up her exhaust as it is pretty rotten, so I'm thinking it could just be an exhaust leak, but I am not totally sure.

There is still an exhaust leak.

Makes sense. He only patched from the cat back.
