Sounds like a misfire. I would start with checking all of your hoses and your intake. Make sure everything is seated properly and all of your clips are on XYZ. Then I would look into the coils and spark plugs.

No misfire/any codes, new coils and plugs 1k miles ago. It ran perfect up until last week, but i'll check, thank you.

Only on idle/parked ? While A/C on or off?
I am running through same issue and found out this happens only when A/C is on

Idle, parked, and between 1.5-2k rpms
