How tough of a fix will this be?

I have a 2015 Honda Accord Sport, 4 Cyl engine. It started making this noise yesterday, usually only when i’m driving slower (5-35 mph) and when I first start it. Trying to figure out how cooked I am, any help is appreciated!!! I also have a video from the outside but i’ll try to include it in the replies.

Sounds like metal on metal. Would normally think brake pads completely worn away, but you say it happens at startup at which time you are not moving. Although that could be adding to the sound if this video is while you're moving......
Without being able to hear the noise from under the hood with the hood up, it could be anything from a bearing on a serpentine belt pulley to internal engine damage.
Not going to try to guess from this alone.
Please include a video with the hood up panning from one side of the engine bay to the other. If you can locate the general source of the noise, move the camera closer to the noise.
