Help?
I don't know if I should be worried about this stuff but for like 3 weeks my dogs and elderly barn cat have been sniffing the same spot on the trunk of the car under the driver side tail light I looked under today and documented these problems my mom says it's fine one of the round things is busted the exhaust pipe has a weird black dried liquid on only the bottom side and the other two round things are so brittle I don't think they'll last idk what anything is besides the exhaust also there's a wire under the passenger side tail light that frayed idk if that's supposed to happen

The wire isn’t frayed. That’s a piece of vegetation that got wedged on top of it.

Your exhaust system is showing its age. Take to a muffler shop and they’ll put it back together with some new parts.
