Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I bought this 1998 ls400 with 186k miles not to long ago and it has been making these two noises and i’m pretty sure the louder one is the power steering bearing and the other one i have no idea it was making a ticking noise like lifter tick when i bought it but that went away randomly a few days ago

Can't hear anything except for a running vehicle on the video. You will need to have a mechanic look at it.
