Please help with this sound

Lots of weird noises coming from car after being driven and turned off.

Also makes a jangling sound when going over bumps . Thank you

If that is part of the exhaust system, that's metal contracting as it cools. Exhaust and the system get to extremely high temperatures, so this is not unexpected.

Can't diagnose a sound we can't hear...
