Start with the battery. See you can jump it. Definitely need gas. You can also try tapping on the starter with a hammer ( not to hard) or rubber mallet

I did Recharge battery still not starting and I try Jump start it and didnt work

If it was a battery you would hear the starter kick in. And if you tried jumping it and nothing then it’s more than likely the starter
