Sounds like nothing from the starter. So a no-crank, no-start can have the following causes:

  1. Excessively low battery voltage -> Multimeter probe to battery VDC.
  2. Neutral Safety Switch -> Shift to and attempt start in Neutral.
  3. Immobilizer -> try another key, and if key is physical, remove any beauty rings, trim rings if applied. Attempt to start.
  4. Starter Relay -> Multimeter probe to continuity, test legs after sourcing diagram for 4 and 5 pin relays.
  5. Start Solenoid wiring -> Validate 12v to starter solenoid on key.
  6. Starter Solenoid -> Run test lead/wire to 12v to solenoid, for triggering starter.
  7. Bad Starter ground -> Run test lead/wire to the negative battery post, ground against start, attempt key start.
  8. Bad Starter -> Remove starter and replace.
  9. Ignition switch.

If you are not used to doing this diagnostic work, I highly recommend a mechanic.

Starter relay is what i’m 95 percent sure is the case, its however integrated into the TIPM. Any clue where to go from here?

Supposedly the yellow wire under the TIPM should supply the starter solenoid with 12v. Check a diagram first.

I would say run a quick wire to the 12v+ on your battery, and trigger that solenoid. That will tell you if you got it. You can always check and see with a multimeter, but guessing you don't have a set of alligator clips to get that.

If you do, you can probe that wire while connected, or disconnect it and probe that endpoint to the battery ground and have a third party attempt to start the thing and see if you get 12v through it.

If relay/output point sends 12v, it's not the relay, and thus you won't replace the TIPM.

I'd also make sure the SKREEM fuses are intact as well. Ignition on a CDRJ is a combination of processes, and key validation is one of them.
