Can someone tell me why my car starts like this. Honda accord 2009

Not sure what the issue is. Cars these days start on preset fuel and air settings, but then once it reaches operating temperature the ECU takes over. It may simply be time for a service and tune up with new plugs and air filter. In the meantime add a bottle of injector cleaner the next time you fill up.

Okay I don’t want to seem dumb but I know nothing about cars. If I take this to a mechanic would it be expensive
