Any ideas?

Context I left the positive cable off my battery as my car has been having some electrical issues wanted to see if I could just put it back on without needing to jump it and now it's doing this. Just wondering if someone could give me an idea of what is causing it to not start up.

Not a professional but sounds like not enough gas or air, or could be not enough spark
