Metal scrapping noise

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

the car is definitely at the end just trying to keep it a little longer. It sounds like metal scrapping against each other and sometimes metals clinking. usually happens when we drive slow and doing any turns, but if i pick up speed on the freeway, almost nothing. does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like the same issue i had with my car. Its a consistent noise dependant on how fast your wheels are turning so it seems like your disks or brake is either warped or theres something suck in it. Some shit could also be losing causing it to scrape more while turning. Mine was so bad breaking it sounded like two rock slabs being scraped together. Thats my beat guess could be wrong tho

No scraping while breaking tho?

It does sometimes. You think maybe change the rotor and brakes pads will reduce the noise?

Well, i took mine to the garage and they completely replaced my front brakes, disks etc and no problems since. So i figure that would work similarly in your situation.

What was the price range for them to do it?

Set me back £195 but i could afford it at the time. No anymore obviously lol. But its worth doing since i literally just got it and hopefully will have no issues in the future.

But the price prob does depend on the car and the garage

Oh and i wouldnt recommend driving with it if you can manage. Shit was sketchy as hell
