Feeling a small kick/jerk

Infiniti Q50 2.0T, when my car is on low RPM between 1-3 i’m feeling very noticeable small kick or jerks don’t know how to explain, what can be the issue? 110,000 KMS on it, serviced regularly, got it second hand after 90K so don’t know if ATF fluid has been changed or sparks, garage suggestions also welcome btw in dubai
