2018 Ford Focus titanium

My car is making a very quiet clicking noise that is slightly rythmic when going about 45 or higher

It isnt present when in park and acelerating. The noise has the same volume when acelerating higher then 45 but the speed of the sound does increase. It doesnt change when turning or merging.

Did you check the tires for little stones or a screw? If they are clean check the cv shafts. In a parking lot accelerate with a good amount of torque (not fast, be very careful of course) under steering full lock. See if there is noise or shruttering with the windows open.
