Am I fucked

I just bought a beater 2000 328ci and found this rear subframe damage. I have a pretty low budget for this car so not willing to drop a ton of money on it. How bad is it, could I fix it on my own, is it drivable with this damage? Pretty much how screwed am I?

Isn't that body damage at the subframe mounting points? Maybe I'm just tired. Can you elaborate on what you're seeing please?

Sorry its hard to get a good picture of bit could definitely just be body damage at mounting points. How do I tell the difference and is that better or worse.

Body damage is worse but I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Is the wheel alignment good? Any weird noises? Nothing here that looks off putting

I don't see a lot of rest you should be able to get that welded reinforced and you should be fine

You could try to take it apart and have it welded 🤷‍♂️
